We provide a comprehensive measurement guide on our website. Simply measure the width and drop in three places for both the inside and outside of the window recess to ensure a perfect fit.

Yes, we offer free samples for most of our collections. You can order up to 10 swatches to see the color and texture in your own home before placing a full order.
What is the standard delivery time for custom blinds?
Since our products are made to measure, production typically takes 5-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 2-3 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All Blinds 2Go products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship for your peace of mind.
What is your return policy for made-to-measure items?
Because our blinds are custom-made to your specific dimensions, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty or were made incorrectly. We recommend double-checking measurements before ordering.
