Please note that custom-made items are crafted to your specific measurements and are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Securely
Place the blinds back in their original packaging, ensuring all brackets, screws, and installation hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
